Shipping: Australian Orders
We offer Australia-wide standard shipping for metro areas at a flat fee of just $15 AUD, with FREE shipping on orders over $150 AUD.
In partnership with Australia Post, we aim to ensure your new favourite pieces arrive quickly and safely, so you can start enjoying them right away.
For those outside metro areas, please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

Australia Post handles all delivery inquiries, so we recommend reaching out to them directly or visit the Australia Post app for the most up-to-date information about your order. Please note we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused from our shipping carriers including Australia Post.
- Express 2 - 4 business days from dispatch date (Please note this may be longer for regional addresses).
- Standard post 5+ business days from dispatch date.
We aim to dispatch your order in 2 business days, this may be up to 5 days during peak sales periods.
Shipping: International Orders
We currently only ship within Australia and are looking forward to shipping around the world soon.
7-day return policy
We truly believe in the quality of the products we produce and take great pride in sharing these with our customers, including undertaking multiple quality checks prior to sending our product.
However, we do understand shopping online for your perfect size can be challenging and we highly encourage customers to reach out to us prior to making a purchase so we can provide support and advice with sizing to help you make an informed choice.
That said, if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help:
- If your item is in original condition, unworn and has all original tags, hygiene stickers, gifts with purchase, packaging and is in perfect resalable condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss a return.
- After we receive and inspect your return and confirm it meets our return requirements, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee to cover original shipping and Shopify fees.
- The expense of shipping the returned item will be at the customers expense.
- Please note that we reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet our standards, this includes if there is any scents or damage; in such cases, we’ll contact you to arrange return shipping at the customer’s expense if you wish to keep the item.
- Please note all shipping costs and associated Shopify fees for returns are covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
- At this time, we don’t offer exchanges, as we cannot guarantee sizes to remain in stock.
- All sale items are final and can’t be returned.
- Please note there is no refunds available for Jewellery or SPF.
- Please note as EAU bags are handmade from recycled nylon this can result in some minor irregularities, therefore we do not accept refunds for EAU bags with the following characteristics:
- Pulls on the stitch line
- Holes smaller than 5 mm
- Variation in fabrication colours
- Textural variances
- Natural markings
- Handmade size deviations
- Weaving patterns
- Thread ends
- Fading over time
- Slight shape variations
- Surface texture

Size guide
Our general size chart is provided below to help you with finding your perfect fit. As most of our swimwear is adjustable, we recommend sizing up if you wish to increase the level of coverage.
If you would like any assistance with sizing, please send us a note and we would love to assist you to find your perfect fit.

Please note: our swimwear is designed to be cheeky and minimal coverage, with most bikinis being unpadded for a comfortable, second-skin feel. The unpadded style of our tops may not be preferred for some larger busts seeking medium to high support swim tops. As our brand grows we look forward to exploring opening our size and style range to offer more choice and options.
