This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered shopping on lemonybrands.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our goal is to provide clear timelines and reliable delivery for a smooth purchasing experience. We reserve the right to amend and vary the below policy at our discretion.

Shipping: Australian Orders

We offer Australia-wide standard shipping for metro areas at a flat fee of just $15 AUD, with FREE shipping on orders over $150 AUD.

In partnership with Australia Post, we aim to ensure your new favourite pieces arrive quickly and safely, so you can start enjoying them right away.

For those outside metro areas, please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

Australia Post handles all delivery inquiries, so we recommend reaching out to them directly or visit the Australia Post app for the most up-to-date information about your order. Please note we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused from our shipping carriers including Australia Post.

  • Express 2 - 4 business days from dispatch date (Please note this may be longer for regional addresses).
  • Standard post 5+ business days from dispatch date.

We aim to dispatch your order in 2 business days, this may be up to 5 days during peak sales periods. 

Please note due to our team being out of office during the month of July, any orders placed after the 26 June, will not be dispatched until August.

Shipping: International Orders

We currently only ship within Australia.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are unable to amend orders after they have been placed, including changes to address, items, or order details.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for all reshipment costs.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. For delivery updates, delays, or tracking issues, please contact Australia Post directly or check the Australia Post app.

Once a package is marked “delivered” by Australia Post, we will consider the order as successfully delivered. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by Australia Post or any other shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy.

Fraud & Unauthorised Transactions

If an order is suspected to involve credit card fraud or an unauthorised transaction, we will follow our verification process to confirm the legitimacy of the purchase. This may include requesting additional information or documentation from the customer. If verification cannot be completed, the order may be cancelled or refunded at our discretion. If we receive a notification that an order was placed without the cardholder’s authorisation, we will also initiate this verification process to validate the claim.
